Just a quick note that the download links for digital copies of the Soldier Lune RPG have been sent to all backers who completed their survey by the Dec 22nd deadline.
Backers who didn’t submit their responses by the deadline will receive their download links at a later time – typically within a week of survey completion (not immediately after submission).
Didn’t Receive An Email
If you submitted by the deadline but didn’t receive an email with the download codes, it may have been caught by your server’s spam filter. Fortunately, the download links will also conveniently appear in our DriveThru inbox. Update #11: Soldier Lune RPG Survey Email Message Error

🎶 Oops, I did it again! 🎶
As we triumphantly hit the “send all” button for the Solider Lune RPG BackerKit surveys, we realised too late that the email message was cut-and-pasted from an earlier campaign. 🤦🏻♂️
The survey link button works fine, but please ignore the text associated with the email. Here’s the important parts that should have been sent:
- Complete this BackerKit survey no later than Sunday, December 22nd
- We will email PDF rewards on Monday, December 23rd
- Physical copies will ship in spring 2025 (date to be determined)
- Email [email protected] with any support questions
Once again, we are terribly sorry for our sloppy quality control on our email communication for the Soldier Lune RPG Kickstarter. We will take steps to ensure we do better.
Soldier Lune RPG Surveys are Starting

Hey, Gorgeous Soldiers!
We are starting the BackerKit survey process today so we can send your digital rewards before Christmas. Following their guidelines, the survey will first be sent to a small selection of backer as part of a “smoke test” to ensure everything is running smoothly with the process. Only a few dozen people will receive this initial survey today – so don’t be concerned if you don’t receive one. If you do receive it, though, it would be very helpful if you could complete your pledge promptly so we can verify the process is running as expected.
If everything works without problems, the survey will be sent to all remaining backers tomorrow. We ask that you complete this BackerKit survey no later than Sunday, December 22nd to avoid delays fulfilling your pledge. DriveThruRPG digital download links for your pledged products will be emailed to you on Monday, December 23rd if you have completed the survey on time. Physical rewards are currently expected to ship in the spring, but we obviously don’t have a timeline yet. We will send more details when we have it.
You won’t receive your digital or physical rewards without completing the BackerKit survey! If you don’t submit your response by Dec 23rd, your download links will be sent later (typically within a week of survey completion, not immediately after you fill it out).
As a reminder, with the BackerKit survey, you can:
- Confirm or change your pledge tier
- Top up your pledge funds to select one or more add-on products
- Remit shipping fees for any additional physical rewards in your pledge
- Provide your mailing address for shipping physical rewards

It's too early in the morning apparently and we aren't fully awake yet. 🤦🏻♂️
We updated the wrong Kickstarter campaign!
Solider Lune RPG surveys have not gone out yet (they will in the next couple of weeks). Please refer to Update #8 for all details.

Happy December! Here’s what is going on with Soldier Lune Role-Playing Adventures:
We have been working with BackerKit to get the pledge manager surveys ready and we are planning to start the process during the week of December 16th.
Following their guidelines, the survey will first be sent to a small selection of backer as part of a “smoke test” to ensure everything is running smoothly with the process. Only a few dozen people will receive this initial survey – so don’t be concerned if you don’t receive one. If you do receive it, though, it would be very helpful if you could complete your pledge promptly so we can verify the process.
Starting immediately thereafter if everything runs without problems, the survey will be sent to all remaining backers. We ask that you complete this BackerKit survey as soon as possible to avoid delays fulfilling your pledge. It doesn’t matter which pledge tier you selected – the timeline remains the same for every backer.
DriveThruRPG digital download links for your pledged products will be emailed to you promptly after this deadline, so you’ll receive them in December as promised. Physical rewards are currently expected to ship in the spring, but we obviously don’t have a timeline yet. We will send more details when we have it.
REMEMBER: You won’t receive your digital or physical rewards without completing the BackerKit survey!
